I need to know if anyone with light flint interior has ever painted any of their interior parts. I have an A-Pilar pod and it's black. I want to paint it to match my existing A-Pilar. Not sure what the best color to match it with. Thanks in advance

This has been discussed a lot, try search will help. I know the only good match turned out to be a gray primer, all the ford paints sucked, that is what we found but someone else might like something better, most paints were to glossey, then to help match we paint both sides, driver and passenger which made a major difference.

This is why I asked. Never got a real answer. Was hoping someone cleared it up. I'm just painting an attachment type 2 gauge pod.

CarQuest can match it perfectly!!
The top of my back seat turned rusty colored in the sun....looked awful!!:mad2:
They mixed up a pint and I sprayed it......PERFECT match....6 years later it still looks fine !!

SEM products carriers a Lt Flint color for interior avail. in spray can. I've heard good things about SEM, but i also hear that sometimes the colors are off.
Click on the model year 2003 or 2004 and you'll find the SEM lt.flint color code.. i think it was 5179?

Yes. Just don't need to spend another dime on the procharger setup at this time. I know it's $60 or so but it adds up :-)
