I am in the final stages of the Eaton Swap and am a little confused regarding the EGR delete.

I started off by removing the two small hoses from the sensor on the EGR valve assembly and removing them from the three way tee fitting:

Then connected a vacuum line to where those two hoses tied into that three way fitting, removed the sensor from the EGR valve, ran the new vacuum line from that from the fitting to the sensor from the EGR valve assembly:

The two pin connector on the back of the sensor was heat-shrinked and taped with electrical tape. One of the original vacuum ports was also capped:

Then connected the sensor to the harness it was originally connected to and also tapped into some of the wiring from this harness to wire in the IAT2 sensor:

I followed this thread:

My question is:

If I am doing the Eaton Swap with the EGR delete, does this new vacuum line I ran from the three way tee fitting need to be relocated from the EGR sensor to the upper port of the boost bypass valve?

If so, do I then need to cap off the other port on the sensor or leave it open?
