I use an oil sucker for a boat. It has a long thin tube that you can put down the dip stick tube. http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=31382 0&catalogId=10001&langId=-1&storeId=11151&storeNum=50366&subdeptNum=50396&classNum=50402#.UlW8TdKshNc

Loosen the pan bolts or the drain plug in the pan if you have one.
Or take it back and have them fix it.
That's why I like to do most of my own work................

Probably the easiest thing on a stock setup other than the sucker is to disconnect the cooler line at the cooler, put in a bucket and start the car for a split second. Bottom line I believe.

Consider adding a drain plug to the transmission pan. They're cheap and make the job of changing the fluid WAY easier and WAY less messy. It becomes simpler than changing the motor oil.
If that sounds like too much trouble, just buy the Ford "U-Haul" pan...it's identical to the one on the car now, but has a factory-installed drain plug.

I just had it flushed and changed a week and a half ago by a reputeable trans shopand the ford dealership told me they put in almost a quart,i checked it and it is a quarter inch above the top line on the stick and full of bubbles.

trans cooler line, the line towards the outside of the car is the "out" from the trans pan. either line will spew tranny fluid, it just depends if you want it to flow from the rubber hose or from the metal hose. i also recommend a tranny plug, cost me $2.50, and finding a rubber washer<$1 from home depot that wouldnt compress/split when you tighten down the plug into the hollow bolt that you'll use to make a drain plug....it'll all make sense once you get it:)
