Goodguys Lone Star Nationals

Entered the Marauder in the All American Sunday at Goodguys last weekend. Got to drive around the track plus see some fantastic cars. Weather was absolutely perfect Sunday. My daughter took a picture of me on the track and three of my grandsons watching. I didn't see any other Marauders out there. Hopefully we can get a group to meet out there in March when Goodguys presents the Spring Nationals.

I go to Goodguys out there but not last weekend , it rained some but news had rain in forecast all weekend so I didn't go. That same weekend was Mustang fest and drive from Mustang, Oklahoma to Mustang Island, Tx but was concerned about rain for that also. I see you fro Tyler but I see a few Marauders on roads in Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex but they never look to be in club or even thinking of a club for Marauders. My Lightning club did laps back in 2005 then took a pic at the Texas Motor Speedway sign on wall

Maybe we can meet out there in March. I plan to enter the All American Sunday event again. March 14-16 are the dates. I usually go all three days, but ofcourse I can only park the Marauder inside the speedway on Sunday. I have daughters living in the DFW area so I stay with them.

I'm on the North side of the metroplex but the forecast scared me off from the goodguys event. Now that the weather is cooling down, its about time to start hitting North Star and Red Line for some 1/8 mile runs.

I see you are in Plano. I bought my 2003 as a certified pre-owned at Plano Lincoln Mercury in September 2004.
