Mass emissions

If anyone is having challenges getting past Massachusetts emissions with Mods or a tune, pm me
I found a very reliable guy that guarantees a pass regardless of what you have done to your car. He is very reputable and very thorough.
As some of you may know, I've had a very difficult time getting passed out here, that should be resolved now. I've verified that every monitor shows ready and passes the test, the State will confirm on Monday.
