Looks like I have a decent start. These parts where included with the purchase of TagAlong's Marauder this past weekend.
Blower, Lower Intake, Intercooler, Plenum & Throttle Body, MAF, 39# Injectors.

I know the pulley is too small. Looks like its a 2.76" some sort of quick change I dont remember the name of it. I am starting to make a list of what I know I need which I will be collecting parts all winter.
Brackets for Alt/SC tensioner
SC tensioner
Lower Hub/Crank Pulley
Belt
Modified Coolant Crossover Pipe
Fuel Rail?
Front Intercooler Outlet/Inlet Aluminum Piece (front of lower intake)
Heat Exchanger & Lines
Intercooler Reservoir & Pump
BAP
Please add anything I am missing!

i mean by buying another car and all

I'd skip the BAP and go with an Aeromotive in tank pump instead...

Time for a stupid observation. Is this off a stock 4.6 Marauder engine? The intake should be from the drivers side.

There were no FORD SVT blower options for the Marauder..This is the start of an "Eaton Swap" where the inlet is switched to the passenger side and the battery moved to the drivers side and some other subtle changes to make it fit a Marauder.

So is this going on Tagalong's car? And will this leave you out in the cold, so to speak. I didn't know if the boost is just sitting on the work bench that was good enough. I'll pick a blower up this afternoon.

Shouldn't need fuel rails.

So I have been doing a little research but have some questions. The M112 I have has the BilletFlow 2.76 pulley on it. Obviously this will not work for me. My question though is what will? 3.2? 3.4? Since the blower already has a quick change hub on it it appears I dont need the Metco system like tbone posted. Do I just need to find a stock Cobra lower pulley? If so what do you suggest on pulley size? I assume with 39# injectors I dont want much over 9 or 10psi of boost correct? Thanks fellas.

Cobra lower won"t work. Metco has a nice kit with the necessary adaptor hub and a choice of pulleys.
I'm running a stock upper with a 2 lb lower that's giving me 11 lbs boost.

Is the Metco kit ONLY for the Lower? Or does it include the Supercharger pulley too?

I know Metco offers just a lower for the Trilogy. So perhaps they will to for an Eaton. Give them a call. I'm sure they would sell you just the lower set up for an Eaton.

Got a show special deal from Metco they said 210 for the lower pulley, etc. They are here at the Buick Nationals but said they loved my DBP and loved being at Marauderville a few weeks back. (great ppl). Should I jump on this?

Let me know if you are looking for an 03/04 Cobra intake tube that goes in between the MAF and TB. I have mine up for sale.

Been gathering some of the smalls for this. Got my gaskets ordered. I ordered a tensioner. Do I use my factory Marauder belt still or do I need to change the size with this swap? If so what size is it. I also got my 03 Ford Lightning air intake temp sensor and pigtail. The other question I had was the MAF connector. Can I just extend and re-pin it or should I buy a new pigtail? Thanks fellas. The list is a little longer than I thought but thats okay.

Just splice longer wires into the wiring already there to extend the Maf. You won't nee the outside two going to the maf. You'll reroute those to the IAT temp sensor you picked up.

Ahh, it makes sense now. IAT is part of the MAF on the factory Marauder MAF. Not on the Cobra. COOL, EASY.
I am also deleting the EGR (blower has block off plate) so what do I do with the tube? Remove it from the manifold and plug it?
Thanks fellas, getting motivated............

Okay, posted in the wanted section for a BilletFlow Pulley. I am going to buy the Metco lower kit but need to know what sized pulleys I need for both. I dont want to run much more than 10 or 11psi on a stock engine do I?

I am not certain all quick-change hubs work with all pulley manufacturers, and would look into that before just buying parts?
The guy at Metco is damn good and very helpful as well.
Yes, stay around 11 lbs. boost on stock internals, and you'll be fine.
My setup is a stock lower pulley with a 3.1 upper, making a little over 11 lbs.

Mike my blower already has a BilletFlow on it but its a 2.76". I talked to the Metco guy and his wife last week in Bowling Green Kentucky at the Buick Nationals and yes they are awesome people! They told me that their lower kit would be fine with my BilletFlow upper pulley. I just kinda need to know if I should do a stock lower or 2 pound lower. Then again it all has to do with what I find hopefully used for my Upper Pulley.
Where is the chart for upper/lower pulleys/belt sizes/boost range? I need that info soon.
tbone

Look under Power Adders in the forums. There's stickeys there that you can print out and there's a pulley chart with all the combos.

This is the info I've been trying to find out as well. I got Metco's 7.40 lower with the 3.0 upper and will stick with it.
One thing I don't understand on the supercharger pulley. There's no keyway or locking mechanism that I see, just a smooth bore. So it's just a pressure fit? How do you press the pulley on to the shaft?
8UWITH6
10-26-2013, 05:42 PM
Yes it is a press fit tbone.

Hope this is right, or at least I can make it work. While the auction was ending I was looking at everyones pictures and it looks a little different in the mounting area? Looks like its bent wrong? LMK fellas. Collecting parts............... :)

In my case, the hub was pressed on the shaft too far back, giving belt alignment issues as much as 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch from top to bottom.
Not a show stopper, but a PITA once installed.

About a month later I have got my Intake Manifold Heat Exchanger Adapter, Intercooler Reservoir (turned out to be correct), MAF Pipe, Metco A/F adapter and air filter. I have a lot of my smalls listed out priced with part numbers ready to order.
I am doing research on the larger dollar items and watching forums and ebay for deals.
This is soo much fun......... what am I going to do when its done??????????????:alone:

Any update on this swap?
I started with a ported blower set up on Feb 3, and as of today all hard parts are accounted for. 3 weeks of reading, asking, hunting and SPENDING!
Hose, belts and fluids can be shop time items.
Did this one move ahead?

Unfortunately its slow right now on parts gathering. I am holding out for deals. I got my Metco Lower Pulley Set for it. I bought lots of the small stuff from Ford such as battery tray, wiring pigtails needed, etc. I have also located a 3.4 pulley. Still need some major items but my main priority is fixing my Buick. I took out 2nd gear in October so fixing that car is my main focus right now. If I dont fix it now I wont fix it for 5 years. Blower swap can wait a little to fix my baby. :)

Stupid question time.
I have the ribbed idler pulley for the passenger side head Napa number 36079. But all the info I show here says use the 36240. I look up the specs on both pulleys and they are the same except the 36079 is 25mm deep and the 36240 is 28.5mm deep. Does this matter? If it does Ill swap it out.
I did get my Billet Flow 3.4 Pulley. So the combo will be that pulley and Metco's 2lb lower. Is the Napa 25080537 belt just fine for this? Also can I hope for 10psi or less?
I did acquire a Cobra Fuel rail for just about nothing so can I go ahead and use it without any mods or should I just use the Marauder rail? Oh and somewhat related can the blower be pulled off the lower intake with the fuel rail installed or does it have to be removed? The reason I ask is for assembly can I drop the lower intake on the car with the fuel injectors and rail in place?
I did also get a stock Cobra Heat exchanger and have been yelled at a few times for it but I dont have much in it at all. Should I make brackets to use it or just bite the bullet and do the frozen boost type 100?
I am also getting ready to modify the lower intake for the IAT sensor and water tube. I can figure out where to grind but where is the best spot to drill the intake for the IAT as to not interfere with the fuel rail, or rear head cooling mod?
Last stupid question. How many feet of 5/8" heater hose do I need and do I need to buy any molded hoses for the intercooler lines?
Thanks for any and all help. Remember this really is my first Ford/Mercury vehicle so I rather would do this correctly once. :)
The list is getting smaller and smaller...............
