^^^CSR rotatable thermostat housing for SBF's. Rotates 360 degrees comes with the heater core hold plugged with an aluminum screw in plug. I have another size outlet tube for it POSSIBLY not 100% sure if I do have a different size or I'm using it already. But if its not the right size outlet they sell the different sizes for ya it just screws in. Don't have the O ring for it anymore you can use a make a gasket sealant stuff or use your own Oring. $40. They sell for $100+

Not completely 100% its an older one then most people use on these cars. You'd need to convert to a 4 wire harness as opposed to the 6 wire and use the 2 other wires to wire in an inlet air temperature sensor.

Bump for the OP, That is the same 80mm air-meter I had on my 99 P71. If you remove the little plate on the back of it, it is perfect without a tune for a 99 Crown Vic using a Marauder air-box and 2004 P71 inlet tube.
