I use this (crcindustries.com/EI/product_detail.aspx?id=05110), but any TB cleaner that says it's safe for coated throttle bodies should be fine. I've never heard of a cleaner that can't be used on a forced-induction motor... :dunno:

if you are worried about using this why not remove the throttle body clean and reinstall

Would recommend cleaning the MAF sensor with the product that RF Overloard recommended - CRC Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner. *Especially if you have an oiled air filter element.

The Ford shop manual states the throttle body is coated, and not to attempt cleaning. I took mine out and cleaned it, because built up carbon was making it sticky in the closed position.
It had never been off before, and it was not coated.
