Fog light HIDs 3000k anyone?

Im looking to get some yellow fog lights. .plain and simple, anyone have any for sale or know where's a good place to buy them? I believe the yellow HIDs are 3000k right?

Yes 3K is yellow and thats what I have in mine and I love em. Sent my housings to FBM. And had him do them.

You'll get better usage lighting out of the foglights with 4300-4500k and 5000k. The only real benefit with going 3000k is when you might actually be driving in fog and snow.

3000k responds better in the wet as well. I only run 3000k in fog lamps and have for ~10 years.

I buy a H1 kit, remove the deflectors and install the bulbs without issues. I then seal the back up with rubber butyl just to be safe!

I can get the HID kit, new foglights (at my cost) if needed and do the conversion. PM me for details.

$29.99 is what I pay for my HID kits, rarely have an issue with them, from ebay. Bought from same supplier for years.

No problems at all. Its straight forward.

You act like soldering two connections is difficult...

Cut OEM plug off with enough to resolder if needed. Solder new connection to ballast on. Done. Plug - n - play...

For some people it is.

Some people don't have the necessary equipment.

I've done 75+ conversions for members here and other website.

BTW.... I heat shrink tube all my connections.

Didn't mean to insult you. I guess I just look at these tasks as being simple enough for someone looking to mod. My bad.

Shrink tube is a requirement when doing these task, especially since the wiring is in the wheel wells with all the weather elements.

You seal with silicone correct? I have been a large fan of rubber butyl, easy to remove and re-install if you want to change the bulb color.

Yes I use silicone. Easy to remove also.
