Here is what we are doing to eliminate belt slip, the Marauder has a six rib serpentine belt setup, with the Vortech JT Trim set up, the belt started slipping at 12 PSI and 510 RWHP. If you look at this first photo I have the OEM six rib belt on top of the eight rib we are now going to, this is a huge difference.

You can see by the next photo how much wider the power steering pump pulley is, and the eight rib belt.

Now to insure the belt does not slip at the higher boost 18 PSI, we have made an additional tentioner to go on the drivers side of the engine in between the alternator and the power steering pump pulley where there is the longest section of the belt.

So how did this work out? How many pulleys have to be changed out? Are they OEM for another application or custom? Since the blower kit requires the larger crank pulley, could you go with a larger diameter alternator, pollution pump, and p/s pump pulley to have the same effect as using underdrive pulleys?
