Yep- that's the one!! lol

I assume it's not intercooled? I'm on the lookout for a positive-displacement kit for my car.....no luck thus far for the DBW as yet.

It looks good, man.....I also like the dual blower setup you wee testing out in the second pic.....:banana2:

Yes nonintercooled for the time being. Just keep in mind the CV's had the same engine as 99-04 Mustangs IIRC on the years. It's a 4.6 SOHC PI engine. Unless 2002's weren't all PI engines yet. The blower's wont be complete bolt ons you'll need to change some things but it's not like insane custom work. I'd say try looking on Mustang sites for used kits you can get them for cheaper there.

I should've thrown one of my turbos into the picture too :D

So that kit is actually for a CV or was it for a Mustang? I will have to visit KB's website....

And speaking of dual power adders, back when I had my orange Terminator, a shop was installing twin turbos in addition to the factory Eaton blower on a particular Termi......IIRC at around 45 psi of boost, the car made like 1100 RWHP and promptly lifted the heads off the block!!!!

Yeah it's a Mustang kit. There weren't many kits made specifically for the CV IIRC and none from KB for Crown Vics.

Yeah I've been tossing around that idea on my Fox body. Using the M112 then tossing a nice large semi truck turbo on it. Supercharger gets it off the line then when it's ability drops off the turbo picks up and jams insane amounts of air into it. It'd require me making a custom intake which I started working on sketching out a rough draft and getting the aluminum needed but then I found a 671/871 blower intake for a steal. Much easier to make an adapter to put the Eaton on it for now then drop hopefully a 871 on it later down the line so IDK about the compound boost setup I was thinking about

It's actually kinda popular on the diesel pickups and was originally used first on a old Semi truck engine setup.

Looks good, what happened to the column shift lever? Or is it possible to remove it completely?

Yep, we took it out, along with the pivot and springs and all....fabbed up a cover for the column shroud out of thin aluminum, painted it black and then popped it back into place around the ignition key switch. I REALLY wanted the factory shrould for the 2005+ floor-shifted cars but wasn't able to score one....new or used....:(
