Just got the car back after work today and haven't had much of a chance to play with it. Had some issues with boost falling off around 5800 rpm, we're thinking due to belt slippage, might try sandblasting the upper pulley to grip better. Also, I have to fix my wiring of the IAT2 sensor.
Numbers so far are: 432RWHP/463RWTQ
Going back in soon to Re-Dyno and tweak the tune.
Here's the dyno sheet, doesn't look too shabby! :burnout::burnout:

Very nice! That torque is impressive! The drop off at the top end may be the cats like you were reffering too. I had no idea you made that much torque!
I made 477 RWHP with a 3.0 pulley but my fuel pump duty cycle was maxed at 100% so we backed it down to the 3.4 pulley.

did you go with 100mm idlers? some of the mustang guys stepped up from 90 to 100 to increase control at higher rpms.

Got a metco 90mm due in tomorrow and hope to reduce the slip in the higher rpms.

The boost falling off is the nature of the Eaton. Its normal. If the boost curve was super steep then I'd be worried.
