Let me first start off by saying greetings to you guys, Im KANG and I reside in Dallas Texas. I must say the MM have open my eyes to performance and class. I was on the hunt for a 96 SS impala for the past 4 years but kept seeing for sale ads on them at the price of $15000 to $26000. I have common sense and dollarz and sense also. I will not pay for a car close to 10 years old with 100,000 miles for that amount of money then have to put more money into it just to get it how I want it. Well that all changed when a MM gracefully passed me driving down 66 in rowlett, my heart skipped a beat. I stoped the guy at the light and he was cool enough to pull over and let me see it. The guts are top of the line and the constomer have two choices of color, not what the factory throws at you. And the engine looked like a warrior. I went and test drove one the same day. NO OTHER 4 DOOR CAR CAN MATCH THE MM, PRESENT OR PAST. I will be getting a black/black MM in the near future and I will continue to come on this site and learn from you guys.

Thanks
KANG

NO other 4 door car can match the MM? Nope, not in style...nope, not if it's American. But hey, admit it...stock there are a few 4 doors that could toast an MM, outhandle it, and have more options per dollar.

But why then would people chose an MM? Because it looks cooler, demands more respect just sitting, and with a few cheap mods, can light up everyone else like a night time cigar, and the way Zack and Mack are having it, take them to lunch in the corners too! Not-to-mention the Marauder has the almighty 8 cylinder from FoMoCo.

Oh, yeah, and it's a whole lot safer. If you're into P71s, add a pushy bar and pushy all the competitors off the road...I'd like to see it done:lol:

Congratulations on your discovery! You will have to settle for a charcoal grey interior though as black is not an option. ;)

If I'm not mistaken, aren't the majority of the parts USA and the assembly in Canada?

It really doesnt matter to me were the car was built. The only thing that matters is when I insert the key and drive down i-30 and let those 300+ horses run free.

I didn't say the car was American:up:

What I meant was, the Marauder has a lot of competion from overseas of comparisons are made to stock cars.

And I have heard from a lot of people
This is how it should have comeSo don't call me a traitor:shot:

Mysta Kang, just to let you know the MM has 305 Hp, but it is at the crank not the rear wheel's. You will have to do a # of mod's for that. By the way, welcome to the site and good luck in your hurt for a MM.

Well thanks for all the info. The name is funny given to me a looong time ago and it stuck with me. I have seen the triology site and i need to stay off it due to the fact i find myself in bed at night thinking of all the mods I could do to improve the MM. Loosing sleep over a car I dont even own yet. I will keep looking on the north texas board to see when the next meeting is underway. How many of you are going to the Speedway this week. I will be there friday, a buddy of mine have infield passes. I hope to see many of you so i can see those clean rides.

My Marauder will be parked at the trailer park as you come off Hwy 156. Maury

John Eagle also has a used '03 black and charcoal on their used lot. Low miles and I think the price marked was $26995. I'm sure they'd be willing to deal.
