Good Evening.2004 at 114,000 miles lost turn signals today. Pushed the turn signal lever to make a right and heard some strange sounds. Had no flashing for my turn signals. Tried swapping out the Multi-Function switch. Still no flashing turn signals. All lights and bulbs working, high-low OK, wipers OK, and washers spray. LCM?? Thanks, Randy.

Possibly.

Do the bulbs light up?

Did you replace the flasher?

What is the multi-function switch?

Sounds like a flasher, even if the hazards work.

Exactly what happened to me when my LCM gave up!!:argue:

Headlights worked fine but turn signals went out......replaced under warranty in 2006 and fine ever since!!

Perhaps the replacements have better relays....Jim??

I hope it's a flasher for this guy, otherwise it sounds like a chocolate mess.

Dom, if I flash you, you will have a mess. But, I do not know if it will be chocolate or not?

The flasher is incorporated in the LCM.

I seriously doubt it. All the info I have on the LCM revisions make no mention of upgrade or different components.

While pulling LCM last night, it started clicking as if the flasher was now working and became hot to the touch. Sent the unit out for repair. Will let you know how it went next week. Thanks and to the Vets out there thanks for all you do for us. Randy

Most likely you had a one-off problem, 'jack. Issues with the turn signals being related to the LCM are rare.

The flasher is incorporated in the LCM.QFT.
