Just dropping in to introduce myself, I've been roaming around the site for a little while now and bought my first Marauder recently from a member here. Unfortunately I could only put a few hundred miles on it before I put it in storage, but love the car. I've wanted one since they came out and am finally a proud owner of #52 DBP. I've been in contact with Dennis and made a purchase this last week for a kit of go fast stuff.. So, the long MN winter will give me plenty of time to do the install and get prepped for the summer. Glad to be part of the Marauder nation! Here's a pic of my ride in hibernation..

Hey thanks guys. As far as Dennis goes, I've heard some issues people have had, but I like the kit he offered, so I figured I'd give him a shot. I will let ya guys know how it all works out. The few times I've called or emailed him about anything, he's answered or responded right away, and from what I have seen, he seems to know these cars. He was excited to do business as things have been tough and promised awesome service and told me to call anytime with any questions. So, again, I'll let ya guys know, positive or negative, how things work out

What "kit" did you order?

The vortech kit. Just looks like a clean option with the most potential.. Not trying to start a war here.. Had a vortech kit from FPS in Georgia I believe on my 93 5spd SHO that I liked.

Boost is boost, I have a Vortech and I have a Trilogy, my advice would be to get it tuned locally

Yes that's the plan. It sounds like Dennis will give a base tune with what I'm getting so that I can safely drive it to a shop and get it dyno tuned. I did find a place, DB performance (or DB tuning) in the Minneapolis/st.paul area that has a history of dyno tuning a bunch of Ford products (mustangs mainly of course) as well as imports and others. It looks to be the place I'll be taking my MM, I still have to get in contact with the guys there, but from what I've seen they look like the best bet as far as anything somewhat local. If anyone knows of anybody else in the area, feel free to chime in! Glad to be part of the community and look forward to gaining knowledge from all you folks here!

But from the Holy Land Minnesota. As they say in Michigan, Go Blue! Admittedly my DTR looks a lot like Maroon, a Minnesota color!
Is your other ride a Challenger?
Love your DPB Marauder.

I wish you luck in getting your kit from DR. I had the hardest time getting what I got from him and got the run around and in the end gave up with lots of parts still missing.

I'll second DB Tuning, not as a customer, but a friend of mine with an 8-second '69 Camaro used them.
