Just recieved my MARAUDER LEATHER JACKET

I waited 11 years to get my Marauder, and another 8 months to get my Marauder Jacket!

It came in the MAIL TODAY and is absolutley the COOLEST! I am wearing as I type this!

Great Leather, Great leather work. I am comppletley estactic! Arms are a little long--but drivers jackets are sapossed to be!


Note: I found it in adds from an older gentleman in FL that sold his in car early last spring, and then found the jacket just a few weeks ago in his closet. He sent someother Marauder CD's and owners stuff too... He said he threw away to box and zipper cover when it was new--not thinking of saving it. And the way he spoke of his Marauder--I know it is a real one (liner, zippers, tags all sinc). So if anyone has an extra zipper cover :)


So I was wondering if anyone has a COOL story to share about wearing thier Marauder Jackets!

I wanted to close with, "Wearing Marauder leather gets you ****..." but couldn't find myself doing so.

LMAO! You are excited aren't you?! I know what you mean, my car did not come with the jacket but my mother in law still had hers in the box from when she bought her can new...once it was stolen she did not need it anymore. Congrats!

I waited a couple of years for mine because Ford sent the jacket to the wrong address. After we sorted that out I got my jacket.

I just love to see the posts when the members acquire a marauder jacket if they never got one....fortunately I purchased my Marauder new back in '04 and mailed in my card and waited patiently....can't believe over 9 years has passed since then....I wear it infrequently and only if I'm not going to take it off....nobody's gonna steal mine like some of the stories I've heard....When I purchased the car from the then Highland Park Lincoln/Mercury, the salesman told my wife you pay $35,000 for the jacket and we toss in a Marauder to sweeten up the deal....LOL....congratulation on your find......:)

I love my jacket! So comfortable and amazingly soft leather...I bought it a while before I got the car and it had stayed in my closet in the garment bag until the day I got my Marauder. I refused to wear it until I was an owner; even though my girl and my parents thought I was nuts:)

I only wear it on nice days, and never take it off in public. If it comes off it goes it the trunk. Lol. And let's face it...you feel like a badass wearing the jacket and driving the car!

The lady on the other end of the phone said yes! XXl, I thinking that ain't going to work. SO she asked what size I needed, then I hit her with my reply......5XL.

She gulped and said I need to talk to the Boss man(Alan Pointer) (Beanstalk productions) and I will call you back tomorrow. I hang up and my dear wife say "Ha ha I am getting a free jacket":eek::shake:

Low and behold next day at around 10AM she calls back and says "I talked to Mr. Pointer and we are going to get you a 5XL jacket, just give us 6-8 weeks.

So that is how I got my 5XL marauder jacket:):beer:

I bought an xl like new from a lady from Ohio through Craigslist. With the hopes of losing more weight I would fit into it. She thought it was a scam at first because because I am in Michigan.

In February I bought silver out of Florida. The owner told me he was giving me the 2x he got with the car. I thought awesome, no need to diet :lol:
He took tremendous care of the car and also had an 08 Bullit that was/is pretty sweet. I in return had a 2x jacket mailed to him:beer:

Yes they made medium sized Marauder leather jackets. Gotta hunt for these sizes though... they don't come up as often as the other sizes

Someone told me that a 46-48 is an XL. If that is the case, I could go for one. But, so far, all I have seen is the 1XL that I almost bought. Might be a bit big if the XL sizes are right.

As for the Medium-Chief455. It will be on the smallish side--which may be perfect for you. A large might be a little big--but not way too big. Good luck HUNTING. Might acutally be an easier buy though--as there is less competition!
