OEM exhaust size is a mixture of 2.25, 2.5 and maybe some 2.0 inch also. The tips will need to be welded on.

Where the tips get welded on is that 2.5 or smaller

When replacing the mufflers only, are the ends (inlet/outlet) 2.5"?

Yes, you'll need center & offset mufflers.

So where the tips are is a 2.5 inlet?

Don't mean to hijack thread but I did not know this. If going with Aero Turbines, do you have to buy special ones, or just the AT2525 and have some pipe work done to get it to work?

And I believe the end of the tips where they get welded on looks like a 2.5".

I bought the AT2525s....the guy that installed mine didn't have to do anything special for installation. He added a 1/8" x 3" or 4" collar between the stock exhaust pipe and the AT inlet/outlet to make the transition from 2.25 to 2.5 work, but that was it.
