I'm going to order a 3 gauge Lotek pod soon. Has anyone ordered the dark charcoal vs the standard unpainted gloss black? Is the paint durable? Does it match the interior very well? I don't mind the black since it matches many parts of the interior, but I'm wondering if the painted one looks a lot better?

Cool.
I'm also thinking about a new EGR valve for when I do my Eaton swap, just for peace of mind. Rock Auto sells 2 products, Motorcraft and Standard Motor Products for $17 cheaper. Any opinions on these?

I bought the Motorcraft from Rockauto. I just figured what is the big deal for $17.
That was my reasoning.
Sent from The White House on taxpayers dimes.
DTR + 4.10's + Eaton swap = Wreeeeeeeeeeeeeeedom

The Lo-Teks are a dead match. Rex (RIP) and I sacrificed our "A" pillars for the "cause".......

Is this pod the whole A pillar cover and not a drill and rivet like the 2 pod version from Auto Meter?

Yes its an entire a pilar cover, Lotec recommends epoxying this to the oem for install, if you dont want to cut up your original grab an extra from the bone yard.

So you still need the original cover. I thought it may take the place of it. I already have the 2 pod installed so it already has holes in it. No big deal.
