yes save the front timing cover and accessories from your old motor

Heads are different and you'll lose about 20 HP, but it will bolt in.

Couldn't you swap the heads? Is the Mark motor Aluminum or Iron?

THANKS GUYS FOR THE INFO. THE MARK 8 MOTOR IS JUSTA TEMP. GOING TO REBUILD THE OLD OLD ONE. ANY MORE INFO WILL BE GREAT TOO. KCCO

Its aluminum and the sleeves are cast iron , Its the strongest option of 4.6 block I was told because of the reinforced webbing and larger water jackets.
Couldn't you swap the heads? Is the Mark motor Aluminum or Iron?
