Hello folks,
Got a question. I've noticed a good amount of oil buildup on the right side of the upper intake near the PVC valve. I checked the bolts that are holding the top down and one is not tight as the others. Might have stripped it when I installed the spacer. Without replacing the lower intake, can the loose hole be re-tapped to secure the fit? Thanks.

You should be able to drill & tap.
Did you use the longer bolts included with the spacer?

You dont need the longer bolts to install the kit, but a longer bolt would definitely help now. Be careful if you have to retap it to make sure no filings drop in the intake.

I stripped one of the threads when I installed the PHP intake spacer on Mary's car. Got a 1/4" longer bolt and it worked perfectly.

I am almost sure I did not use the longer bolts. Any idea what the thread pattern is for those.

Probably metric.
