console inner liner and lid replacement

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but how do I remove/replace my console lid and inner liner assembly?

The console storage thing is held in buy clips open the lid grab the front of the lid and pry up then you need to disconnect the 12v plug wire

I doubt I'll ever be able to find a good used replacement again.
