How can I find out the actual functions of my car alarm

As you may not know, the car I have was originally purchased new by vegasmarauder. I want to say he added other features to it, but I'm not sure what they are. Is there a way of finding this out without talking to him? Now that I've supercharged my car i almost feel scared to park it anywhere thats going to be out of my site for a long period of time. Who made the alarm system?

Sorry I didn't describe it well enough. It uses the factory key fob, but there is two lights blinking on the dash. I have the two manuals shown below. Just trying to figure out the relationship or basically why it was done.

The first picture is the programing manaul on how to program that alarm system to do different operations. The second picture is the owners guide on the system. Are you sure it uses the factory remote? If you have remote start you should have the larger Ford dealer installed remote.
