Just make sure it meets the Mercon V specs and you'll be alright. Don't buy non-Mercon V and the additives to make it Mercon V.
IMO.... you don't need to spend the extra $$$$'s on the name.

D4 is well-regarded on bobistheoilguy. It is supposedly compatible with Mercon V, and I do believe Red Line makes good stuff, but, frankly, for the price, it doesn't really buy you anything unless you have a built transmission and a lot of power. Keeping fresh plain old Mercon V in you transmission will give it all the protection it needs.

dont feed a dog filet minion, in other words, dont waste your money like others have said. if you can get it for the same price as mercon V, then id buy it.

What if I really like my dog? lol. My main concern was if it was good/compatible.
