Every time i look at either a video or pic of a mm racing it has that stance which is the front down and the butt up in the air. now sometimes mine looks like that and sometimes it does not. is this normal or do ya'll boost up the rear w/ something orrrrrrr is something maybe wrong with mine .when i bought mine it had this stance but it doesnt seem to look like that any more. Please tell me that im either old and need glasses or i have a problem....

Title of this thread seems like a good place to ask this one:

Has anybody done comparison testing with rear end adjustments to check for the optimum launch setting. I know some early drag racers (like the A-Gas '55 Chevy my Dad ran) had the rear low and front high for better weight transfer and improved launch. Modern funny cars and pro-stockers have the opposite stance for high speed aerodynamics. So what is best for us? Since it's a simple adjustment maybe somebody could experiment at a test & tune day at the strip and report results?!

I done alot of dragracing before and after super-charging my MM. Friends who have been with me tell me (when I'm racing) that before the S/C the front would lift as I left the line then drop shortly after. Know that I'm S/C'ed they tell me that the front stays up all the way down the track.

Very easy. The position sensor attaches to the Watts link on the driver's side. The Watts link attaches to the frame above the axle and to the linkage on the rear end above the yoke. There is a slotted hole that the sensor attaches to. Loosen the mounting pivot for the sensor and move it from one side to the other of the slot. It's trial and error, the best way to deal with it is to adjust, get in the car and turn on the key (or crank it), then turn it off, get out, and close the door. Check the level and re-adjust 'til you get it where you want it.

Barry: Remember, your car isn't lowered, it's slammed! My car's stance is even worse cause my front is lowered 1" and the rear was only lowered 1/2" (for now...still gotta play with it).

Ignore my signature picture...that was stock. :D
