We have a new guy in town over on TCG that is VERY good at porting. He's just as good as the "other" two guys and is less expensive. I knew by looking at his work he knew what he was doing and had a fellow Marauder owner and friend send his to him This is the thread link and I'll post his pics and comments here: http://www.thechicagogarage.com/forum/car-discussion/136700-trilogy-eaton-m112-port.html#post2852889

Trilogy eaton m112 port
This blower takes the cake. The rarity of this blower mixed with the challenge of me actually getting to port one was exciting and best of all ****en awesome. This blower will probably be the only one I will ever get to do .

He does really nice work and he's not trying to get rich with his prices. I had him do an M112 for me and do some different porting on an intake I later decided not to use. He doesn't just stick with blowers he'll port most things I think and do a good job. Lemme see if I can find some of my pics of my eaton.

:D Once you get the sc assembly out of the engine bay, have a box of razor blades and a couple of thin putty knives at the ready. Not the cheap Chinese box of razor blades where they come apart either! Ask Ken! This is to split the RTV seal between the SC and lower plenum. Unless Brett had a quicker way of separating... Without a diamond saw!

Its a pain in the ass. I was going to pull mine apart to swap out the coupler, but I didn't feel like getting involved with it after looking at all the crap I have to do to yank it off. Also be careful when separating the blower plate. If you pry too much you can put a wave in it which will result in a vacuum leak and you'll be pulling it off again trying to seal it.

If you take your time with a heat gun some brake fluid and work your way around the brake fluid softens up the silicone heat it up cool it down heat it up cool it down. The expansion of the metal helps breaks up the silicone meaning separate it slowly the brake fluid then penetrates it and gets trapped and slowly eats at it. It's a slow process but I feel it's the safest and easiest way because it dries the silicone out.

I may have not said that right but you get my point

Aj since I ported yours I have been on the flow bench and dyno. This is the design that I came up with that was mine and not copying someone else's.

My standard port was good for 24 hp and 16 ft lbs

My race port was good for 41 and 22 ft lbs

37076

37077

37078

37079

The designs resulted in less case pressure the movement of air speed picked up. Which I thought would relate to less tq. But my new design gained in torque which was awesome and just a bonus .the more air you can cram in there before the exit the better but have to come up with a way to keep a balance.

Yeah, I bet there would be quite a few possibly Eaton swap people that would be interested in this, as long as it clears the wiper cowl. This would cut down on a considerable amount of time with very minimal cutting of the harnesses.
