How do I change a screen?

I found a cheap xcal2 but the screen is iffy. My current one had a good screen last time it worked. Is changing screens easy or will this break both if I attempt this?

This "will this break both if I attempt this" will most likely happen given your past track record of "repair" work. Give it a try.... or send both to me and I'll see if it's possible.

Dom, on the xcal II it plugs into the board, be very careful as the front buttons have a delicate flex that plugs into the same board.
