My brother saw one with 30 day tags , clean , off Nun st while home visiting. Famil lives on that street also . Who goes there?

I'm just south of there, end up in wilm. a few times a month. Only other one i've seen around here was a SB heading out of town this summer. There's been several black ones for sale around here, wonder if it's one of them? I'll have to keep an eye out for it.
