Estimated W.A.G. Mercury Marauder distribution by State as of January 2014. If you prefer a more conservative estimate, add about 40% to the RED numbers for the number of MMs remaining as of January 2014. The actuals may be somewhere between those two extremes.

There's also the New Hampshire Meet which may not be major but is annual.

Wyoming. LOL. Not the state I'd expect to have the least amount

So the guess here is that half of them are gone?

If these estimates are fairly close to correct; I wonder where are all the Oregon and Washington Marauders are? I see two regularly in the Portland area plus mine; know of at least two more in PDX I looked at but passed on. Plus two buddies up near Seattle who each have one. Are the rest all in hiding or do they not like forums? Lol.

Nice job on the map Charlie. Unfortunately I have an update. Mine hit the Jersey wall on I-75 in Michigan on New Years day. $8500 damage, about half that air bags. So mine is waiting a determination to total it or repair it. They are probably going to total it. No metal bent, just the front plastic, bumper cover and one of my new headlights.
There were about 25 spin outs that evening in the area. The wreckers were busy. Heavy snow and untreated roads. I had new tires and was only doing about 35 mph. Hit the ice and snow mix in the middle of the two lanes as I inched over to the right lane. I was taking it very slow but it didn't matter. We made several exciting turns to the left/right/left and almost had it back until right up until I hit the wall head on at about 15 mph.
Car still runs like the day I bought it. We drove it to the next exit but no further without any safety restraints. It's sitting in Michigan hopefully waiting to be repaired. Not sure what course we'll take if they total it.
OBTW... apparently short notice plane tickets are $$$$.

Sorry to hear about the damage to your MM. :( Glad that you and Diane are OK. Let's hope that the insurance determination goes in your favor.
