Motown is running the On3 and you can see it in some of his pics in the " madness continues" post. Its what I plan on using on my eaton swap.

Will this work on a NA setup? Can the rear head cooling mod work with this?

I contacted them today. They're $205 without the ss lines. I'll be finding out more tomorrow. They do not come with the thermostat o-ring.

How did i miss this thread??? The on3performance Xover kit is the nicest Xover delete kit you can buy, and keeps the oem temp sensors in the stock location, plus say good bye to "burping the system"

Problem is COT eventually rust from the inside out, and you catch hell getting the plug out (unless your one of Jerrys kids)

You can route it whichever way you choose, that's the beauty of it.
The Tstat housing goes right next to the radiator. The rest is up to you.

^^^ Correct. it's hard to post up a how-to, because the flexibility of the kit is unreal, you can literally plumb it however you wish.

They are out of stock right now, at least that is what I was told, after I bought the last one. :D

They were switching manufactures so it unless something has changed, you might be waiting...

I got mine right when these came out back when modularspeed was making them. I had a Meziere before that but the on3 is really the best design for my build it solved tons of headaches for me. HC supply is off the rear of the pass head and then returns to the back of the water pump. heater core is its own seperate system kinda which is nice and simple.

All of the engine cooling is handled by the on3 kit. #8 goes straight to the radiator to be cooled using the port on the on3 piece. This port is after the thermostat so the hottest coolant is being immediately removed and sent to the coolest place which balances out the cooling system considerably and just makes everything work great. The coolant ports at the front of the heads go to the T-stat. It works perfectly and i didn't have to drill the t-stat so it heats up pretty quick no delays like you sometimes hear about with those who drill the t-stat.
I have two temp sensors like MM i put one in the on3 fitting up front for the gauge, ECM sensor is installed in the Markvii fitting at back of pass head. There is a plug there from the factory. BTW sparky 65dohcstang ran his in the same location and also had no problems.

I got mine from Kelly (Modularspeed) himself but like Zack said you will need to contact the guy from On3(forget his name ATM) on the Corral to order one, as Kelly no longer handles that.

They were changing manufacturers and was going to be about a month or more before they got new kits ready. That was a month ago.

Believe it or not the guy actually picked up once out of the 20 times I called.

Besides "looks" and solving the clearance issues with S/C heads, what are some of the other benefits of doing a COT delete?
