I'm ready to buy some mufflers! I was thinking of going with the Aero Turbines, but I don't like how they look. I've had flowmasters, (Not on my MM.) and I didn't like the drone. So, I'm gonna try Magnaflows. Does anybody have these on they're MM, and do you know the part number? I was at Winners Circle today, buying a SCT Tuner, and I was checking out they're mufflers. Now, what they were showing me were, 2.5 inlet/outlet, Magnaflows, but they weren't offset, at all! Shouldn't they be? The inlet was in the center, and so was the outlet. I don't think these are right. If anyone has any info, Please let me know, Thank You.

I have Kooks headers, X pipe, Magnaflow mufflers and the Magnaflow hi flow cats on my car. Sounds real good, might even be a tad louder than my taste. But, everyone else says it sounds awesome!

If I am not mistaken, mine muffs are inlets on the side (close to driveshaft on both sides) and then center out.

I love mine. I had them on my F150 with the 4.6 too, and it sounded awesome. To me Ford=Magnaflow

Here is where I tried the Aero's and compared them to Magnaflows. Aero's lasted 4 days and I switched back.

Those Aero's sound pretty sweet! I have mufflers on my mustang that are identical to magnaflow at a 1/3 the cost. Same look and design. Actually same sound too away cheaper. I do have Magnaflows on my Marauder and love them

I went from Flowmaster to Aeros and never looked back. They look that certain way for a reason, the same designed was used on Formula race cars (who Aero used to supply mufflers for). They are much louder than the Super 40 Flowmasters I had, have some drone but less than the old mufflers and really sing when you get on them.
My setup is stock exhaust manifolds, 2.5" mandrel bent stainless from there back to the tips, two 200-cell Magnaflow cats, custom H-pipe, Aero AT2525 mufflers and 3.5" res-delete tips
Inside cruising (left OD off during this video, when OD is on there is just enough noise to know that the car is on)

Here are my awards for my exhaust (driving in a manner to cause excessive noise was me driving from a stop to 35 mph BOTH TIMES with the trooper right behind me. The jealous hate was strong in both troopers

I definitely liked the way they sounded but when I got into boost, you could hear me in the next county. I like boost way to much to draw that much attention from the cops so I changed them back out. Jake warned me but I still had to try. :D

I liked how, all of your exhausts sounded. Now I know the Aero Turbines are like glasspacks, but are the Magnaflow mufflers offset, or are the inlet/outlet in da center?

This is what I have always run up until the Whipple was put on. Only difference is now I'm running 3" instead of 2.5"

Inlet - Offset, Outlet - Center
Also having the rear set of cats removed can open up some sound as well.

The Magnaflow Hi Flow cats with the metallic spun core #59956. They made a somewhat noticeable better difference in sound. However, can't say there was any SOTP gain. They were $240 installed, otd.

Awesome, thank you! Now I know what to order. Gonna have da rear cats taken off while they're at it.

I have the 14" versions. I love the way they sound. Just right to where I can haul clients around without them being annoyed in the back seat and I almost always get complements.
