My right and left turn signals both double-blink. Front and rear bulbs on each side all illuminate...any thought as to what would cause this?

Flasher relay/module might be going up. I had it happen to me on a 93 gmc van.

Check all the sockets and bulbs for corrosion. Check the bulbs, make sure they are all good.

If the relay was bad, wouldnt the turnsignals not blink at all and just stay illuminated? All of the bulbs work fine. And the hazards blink normally.

You would think so, but my flasher just started making my turn signals blink fast...not saying its definitely the issue, but just sharing my experience.

The MM doesn't HAVE a "flasher"...all of the turn-signal functions are handled by the LCM.

At work we do see this happen time to time in taxi cabs caused by the LCM.

Is the "LCM" a light control module? Im guessing tge only fix would be to replace it?

Lcm is the lighting control module, i wouldnt doubt that you could replace a relay that controls the signals, as you can replace the relay that controls the headlights. I would check all other things mentioned and at last resort check into the lcm. It doesn't seem like a common problem point for these cars to have the lcm malfunction for turn signals.

Thanks for the help guys. I'll double check all my bulbs again, then relays.

i wouldnt doubt that you could replace a relay that controls the signals, as you can replace the relay that controls the headlights. The difference is that when the relay for the headlights fails, the lights don't work. The issue here isn't the taillights not flashing at all, it's having them flash too fast. Not likely to be a relay in the LCM.
