I will have most of the current stuff on my high mileage motor swapped over that I know is still in good working condition, for the rest I plan on putting a new part on.
Stuff that I can think of off the top of my head:
GASKETS
Intake manifold gaskets
Front cover gasket kit
Valve cover gasket kit
Exhaust manifold gasket
Oil pan gasket
Throttle body gasket (BBK 65mm will be going on)
IAC gasket
PARTS
Melling oil pump billet gears with pickup tube (LB currently has FRPP cobra oil pump)
Stewart Warner water pump (not sure if the LB has a water pump on it yet)
New Ford coils
New GMS coil connectors (if any of the ones I currently have are jacked up)
New NGK TR6IX plugs
New fuel pump (340 stealth)
New IAC
New EGR valve
New COT or might possibly do the COT delete
Rear head cooling mod
Have 39 lb injectors if stock won't be enough
Will need to get a larger MAF for the 39 lb injectors
FLUIDS
Oil
Coolant
Anything else that is general that I missed?

New serpentine belt, rtv sealants, hoses and clamps for rear cooling mod maybe? COT orings if reusing it.

Current motor has new pulleys and serpentine belt that only have a few hundred miles on them. I was looking at MuscleMerc's rear cooling mod which comes with everything. Still trying to decide if I want to stay with the COT or delete it.

I'm not doing the swap myself, just trying to gather what I can to give to the person who is doing it.
Get most of that stuff at Advance. TRT30 is good for 30% off up to 50 bucks
Get the exhaust gaskets from ford

True that! oem Ford exhaust gaskets are far better than any aftermarket! i used them on my header install with NO rtv and not one leak!

Ford exhaust gaskets... check
What about bolts for the manifolds? I plan on swapping over the stock exhaust manifolds for the mean time and then have SW headers installed a few months later. Would I have to buy another set of header bolts or is there a kind I can re-use?

I have a set of Stage 8 Locking header bolts if you are interested.

Would they work with factory exhaust manifolds and then be reused for SW headers?

Looking for some part numbers and other info.
Anyone had the part number for the Idle Air Control Valve (IAC)? I've been looking and came across several different part numbers.
Stage 8 locking header bolts, p/n 8906 or 8906B?
Motorcraft exhaust manifold gasket p/n 2C5Z9448AA? Is this for one side or both sides?
Do not use locking header bolts. Stock hardware is fine and available from the dealer.
A competent Ford Parts guy can help you out with the gaskets and IAC.
2 Piece on the DS, one piece on the PS

So stock exhaust hardware even if I plan on getting SW headers?
I'm ordering everything that I can online and whatever I can't get online I'll bug the dealer for.

I use stock studs and Stainless Steel serrated flange nuts on every single Marauder I work on.

What's being swapped in is an assembled long block.

Watch out using Tousley on the exhaust gaskets. There #s are for 2 Vs..
As for the studs and nuts, autozone and Advance both carry the factory replacement in stock in their exhaust isle. Packages of 10 for about $9.00.
Go with an 03 Cobra IAC and save a few bucks. Exact same thing but with the harness plug in at 90* instead of straight.

Next big question is fuel pump... Ford GT or Aeromotive unit?
Not sure if I will need a new MAF like an SCT unit or possibly just run a MAFia unit since I will be using 39 lb injectors. New motor setup will be running close to 11.1 CR on 93 pump so proper air/fuel will be a must.

Aeromotive, if you ever go return style you wont have to swap out the Aeromotive pump, like you would if you go with the GT pump.

+1^^^^ on what Motown said above. I just went return style and switched over to 2 aeromotives from the 2 GT supercar pumps.

I doubt I'll ever push enough power to require or want a return style fuel setup. This car will remain NA unless I win the lottery and then decide to go turbo. lol

Trying to track down a BBK twin 65mm tb gasket is being a pain.
