New Grill Badge

Just got my new grill badge back from my friend that cleared it for me. Just wanted to share!

I took a waterfall badge and milled the center out of it so a wheel center would lay flat in the center. I epoxied that in place and then filled the gap that was left with epoxy. I scuffed the chrome up on the face and painted that black and filled the letters in with silver and had my friend clearcoat the black. Way too much time into it but I think it came out good. Can't wait to put it on the car tomorrow.

This will end up being a one off for a lot of reasons. First the wheel center badges are getting hard to come by. Second, I have a ton of work into this. Machining the waterfall, several layers of epoxy, sanding, painting. Just not worth repeating. Between the Waterfall, center cap and epoxy there's $75 alone.

I'm a badgeless grille fan, but tastefully done, wish it had MARAUDER inscripted/etched under bottom portion of circle.
