Installed my new control arms today. Wow are those things nice. If any one is on the fence about doing this, don't wait.
Wish I would have done it earlier. Worth very dollar.

marauder21- If I were running the 18" wheels that you are I'd get a Big Brake Kit (from Todd at TCE) as well as the ss lines.
I didn't have much luck with the Metco control arms in the long run. I have a used set to sell but you need new bushing.

What were you looking for that you didn't have much luck with?
PM me with a price for the used set that needs bushings.

I started to get a bad sway on the 1-2 shift on the track and a very noticeable wiggle from the rear on everyday driving. Chris Vining rebuilt the rear end. New seals, bearing, and everything Ford provides in the Re-build kit. Then we checked the sway bar torque spec and bushing. It was not until I changed out the Metco control bars that everything starting to work normally. I am not the only Marauder owner that has experienced this problem. I had these controls arm on my car for 8 years. Parts do wear out over time, but I just moved on to another brand of control arms.

I know that Rich Long had the Metco bushings fall apart on his Marauder.
IIRC: After checking out the install Rich determined that when the control arms were installed the bolts were tightened with the control arms and rear axle hanging.....
Thus locking/preloading the bushings in the wrong position before lowering the car down to the ground.

I always torque all my chassis at ride height. Really the correct way to do it.

Oh dam...lol I'd rather invest that into getting supercharged.
Will make sense to make the car GO then make it stop lol

Well if you go, then you gotta stop..so it kinda goes hand in hand..I don;t have the Big Brake kit an I am supercharged..but I do have at least the SS brakeline kit which might be hard to get for a while, slotted rotors and ceramic pads..nothing overly special..it stops ok, decent, but I know there is room for improvement slowing down a 4200 lb car

How much would it be to get just ss lines?

I was running the SS lines and some EBC Cryo slots with EBC Green pads, stopped rather decent. The brake upgrade was still nice as slowing down from 100mph showed fade on the Cryo slots somedays
