Anyone running Yokohama Avids on their MM? I had a set on the girlfriends 2010 Camry SE V6 and they handled pretty well for the 215/55-17 size. Curious what they do on our cars.

As I recall some have tried the Avids and thought they were a bit sloppy. Sending you a PM

If I recall correctly they aren't available in our stock staggered sizes.
I run them on my MGM summer wheels in 245/50/17 all around, and felt that the car handles much better than my MM. To me the MM is a little too loose in the rear if pushed too hard in the corners....I think the rear tires are too tall in the sidewall.

These are what I have on my Marauder in 235/55 and 255/55. I've been very happy with these. I've had them on about 10K miles. They're wearing well, handle well, and are very quiet.
I have the ones you listed above on my 07 GT convertible, and I'm very happy with them also. I have those on the Mustang in a 255/45-18 all the way around. I'm pleased with both sets.

I know this is a bit old, but I just saw it.
I ran a set of V rated 235/55 Yoko Avid Envigors on my MM. I changed to the same size all around to make the spare work properly and allow for some rotation.
I got about 50k out of my set of these. I really liked the way the car drove with them. I chose them because of the ratings at TireRack and they were the best option in the 235/55 18 at the time (early 2009). I replaced the Yokos last November with Continental Conti Extreme Contacts, still in 235/55 18 all around. I went with the Conti's this time because they aren't directional, are W speed rated, and are highly rated as well.
The only thing I really had against the Yokos was that they are directional which limits rotation. I also have a set of these Yokos on my wife's 2000 Taurus and on my mother's 98 GM. We are all happy with them.
