I was at White Pines State park this last week... I decided to stop by and see the nuclear power plant on the way back.... during my search I found Byron Dragway...
(Hmm... looking for nuclear power... find dragstrip... go figure :bounce: )
The track looked ... OK... not yet open yet this season.... However, having a nuclear power plant in the background may make for an interesting place to race...
From Naperville, in a Sable station wagon, with three kids, It takes about 1.5 hours to get to Byron.
Maybe a location for a Windy City Meet???
