I just got a used MMC driveshaft. I need to know if the the front slip yoke is correct for our car. Also if the U joint is the correct size for the pinion yoke for our car. Looking to have new u joints installed and have it balanced.
Just take it to the driveshaft shop and have it rebuilt.
Its a direct bolt-in

While you are at it, might as well put on a DS safety loop as well if you ever plan on running a lot of power, just another cheap insurance mod.

Where is the best place to buy? Is there one that bolts in? I don't want to mess around welding something.

I found a vendor that has them for $89 shipped. Is this the best price on them?

At what point is a driveshaft loop required at the track? When your runs are under 14 seconds, like the helmet rule?

Don't matter for you Mr. Eaton man. Any car with an aftermarket S/C or turbo no matter your E.T.
Or 13.99 or quicker on slicks for all others
Or 11.49 or quicker on streets for all the quicker others...

You think I should get one Bob or a waste of money with my upcoming setup?

I went 11.99 @ 116 with my Eaton swap back in 08? 09? and the car still has the stock driveshaft.
I am replacing it with a Dynotech I had laying around now that its considerably faster.
