Keyless Remote will not work after new battery installed

I have a MM keyless remote that has not been used in a long time. The battery went dead and I replaced it. Now the remote will not work. The battery tested good and is installed correctly. By DD remote works fine. Any suggestion on a fix or troubleshooting would be appreciated.

I've had this happen on other Ford vehicles, just went did the key fob programming as if I was adding another one but really just making the second fob re-learn.
