I'm confused.

EV6 injectors are what the Marauder takes, but i wouldnt buy "rebuilt/remanufactured" injectors, just buy a new set, or a used set from a trusted source.

It is my understanding that oem cobra injectors (39lb) will fit the 3 and 4 valve 4.6s and use ev-6 connectors. So looks like you would be fine with said 60lbs.
Here's so info I found on the connector differences over the years.

You can get far better injectors for the money.
EV6's and SD's are old school. EV14's kick ass. I'm running them in both my stangs.
47lb FMS ones are great for up to 575-600rwhp. (can be ordered in 60mm length)
GT500 52's are great too, just need adapter hats. They'll do 625-650rwhp.
GT500 13-14' are 55's. They'll do up to 700rwhp. 60mm Length don't need hats. (can be found for $215 NEW)
Best part about going with OEM ones is that the data is readily available for tuning. You can get all of what I listed for well under $300.

I had 47lb EV14s with adapter hats on them. They are NOT good for up to 600rwhp! Not unless you jack the hell out of your fuel line pressure... Then you need more pump...

Why add adapters, and different injectors when you can simply get EV6s which is what the car calls for, and be done with it, S/D are excellent injectors and do exactly what they are designed to do deliver fuel.

EV14's will atomize better. No point in buying something old and out of date for the same price. You'll only need them if you do the 07-12 52's.
And RacerX is correct 42's won't support anything past 500. The old green top 42's I had in my fox were 100% DC at 490rwhp. The 39's in my Cobra were at 97% after I did the posi port. Both now have FIC modded 60lb EV14's. If the 13-14 55lb GT500's would have been out at the time those are what I would have picked.

The 14 series are better, but, good deals can be had on the EV6s. There are many different lengths and spray patterns to be aware of. These are the 47lbrs I had that were just about maxed at 516rwhp.

I totally disagree that EV14s will perform/atomize better, most members here run EV6 injectors with no issues what so ever, simplicity is key! there is no reason to add unnecessary/adapters parts to the mix that may fail.

Most, if not all fuel does hit the hot intake valves before they even open btw.

EV6's work great. But like I said for the same money wouldn't you rather get something that is a newer more efficient design?
I listed 2 of the 3 do not require hats. Plug n' play.

I dont like the fact that you need adapter hats, and EV6s work fine for me , they do exactly what they are designed to do thats all i care about.

Again, you don't need the hats for the 47's or 55's.
Also when swapping out injectors its important to pick one that the full data is readily available for. There are several different tables/scalars that must be changed when doing injectors. If you don't have that data you can have lean/rich issues, injector timing issues, rough running, ect. Your tuner will thank you when you throw in a set of OEM's. Or ID's but they are STUPID expensive.

Hats or no hats my EV6s get it done for me just fine, and IDs are sweet, but very exspensive!

Actually, all the EV14s come in different lengths, you have to get the right ones. Different spray patterns too. But, as I said in the last post on the previous page: "Most, if not all fuel does hit the hot intake valves before they even open btw."

^^^ Yes fuel is injected into the combustion chamber before the exhaust valve is open, if not you would have raw fuel exiting the heads(incomplete combustion process), and well that would not be a good thing!

Wow! Information overload. I'm only looking for 420rwhp or so. A lot of my motivation is show and not as much go. Thanks for all of the options! This was very helpful.

My point being, with stock cams/overlap, the atomization by the injector itself isn't a big deal. The back of the valve is hot enough to complete any vaporization before it opens to start the intake stroke. The fuel is not injected into an open cylinder.
