MM rear end assembly needed

I am in need of a complete axle to axle 8.8 rear end whole assembly...

my MM assembly is damaged my axle bearing was sooo bad it actually made my assembly were the axle bearing rides, out of shade

now the axle bearing will not side right.... installed a used axle from justbob. new axle bearing / seal and week later starting to slowly leak again

I tried best I could to beat the assembly back into shape and was praying it would hold for a few months and now I know a complete rebuild of this assembly will do no good at all... so need a complete rear housing.. :depress:

at least when its out I can paint it up real good and will be ALOT easier to rebuild it and throw it in..

so I wanted to know what you guys have milage I guess is no issue as long as the rear assembly housing it good since going to rebuild the whole thing 31 spline, 4.10 gears.. cobra carrier..etc

so let me know what you guys have..i am a serious buyer and if the price is right will buy it next week...

only thing concered about would be the shipping cost, since is going to be super heavy and big.. but I plan on having it shipped to my shop..

so will be assembly searching and parts for a complete rebuild so by super time will have one painted and build ready to throw in...

thanks a lot guys and thanks again justbob for the axle.. but after a leak starting to leak from assembly so out of shape...I was shocked son as took wheel off bearing were just falling out :eek:

Find an 05 or newer Crown Vic rear from a salvage yard and have the posi and gears done to what you want. They are 31 spline and should bolt in. I swapped mine in about 4 hours witrh just a floor jack and jack stands.

Don't Go With A 05 Do An 06 And Up Early 05 Still Have 28

ok thanks I will do a little bit of research to see if I can find one for cheap

I am in contact with a member here (blownbass) he has a complete rear end from an 03 MM with 17k on it for 400.00...

I know 03 has the axle issue with 17k seems to be the only thing good is the millage.... 17k seems good..

I am going to try and find a 06 + crown Victoria with 31 spline with low millage for cheaper before pull the trigger on his assembly...
