Saw the car headed towards Mtn Brook on Hwy 280 crossing over I-459. Anyone know who that could be?

I was getting on to 280 from I-459 and just so happen to look over. Didn't have time to look at the tag. Just saw the car. Don't think it even had tinted windows. Could have been passing thru
