The hose between the PCV and the intake manifold has an oil separator installed inline. The problem is that when engine is running the hose gets sucked flat. The hoses were supplied with the separator kit. There was a new PCV valve in car at time of separator install.

Grab some reinforced fuel hose and replace it, before you buy it, try squeezing it, if its easy to squeeze, it will collapse under vacuum.

I use piece(s) of EMT conduit with short rubber (for PCV systems) connectors. You can paint the EMT what ever color you want.

Thats a good idea.

That's how I installed my 42 Draft Designs catch can.

See post#13.

Thanks for the suggestions. Will find some tube the correct size and go from there.

The hose is too long. I cut mine in half and added a plastic connector. Shorter length won't collapse. Cheap and takes 60 seconds to complete.
