Like the title says, I'd like to purchase an aftermarket set of front brakes for my MM. Let me know if you have anything along with pics. I know this is a long shot, but worth a try. Thanks in advance

Yes, the kit I want is $1800. I was hoping to find a good used kit for a little less.

Since the TCE kit is the BEST brake upgrade I highly doubt you'll find anyone that has taken thiers off.
Good Luck!!!!

I am extremely happy with my Baer front brake kit. It works great and is very beautiful to look at.

Just pressing my luck in case someone was parting theirs out for whatever reason, I'd get dibs on a set. The TCE kit is what I was referring to.

If you want more stopping power, why not stay with the OEM rotors but switch to a more aggressive pad? A lot of guys run the Hawk HPS pads and they are quiet and have good stopping power. If you really want an aggressive pad, the CarboTech AX-6 will impress you, but they are noisy. I run them in the summer at Auto Cross events. Also, larger rotors have more mass and take more effort to get rolling.

I had nothing but problems with Hawk HPS pads. They would transfer material to the rotors then start pulsing. I was surfacing the rotors every 8K miles to smooth them out.
IMHO, these cars need relatively high temperature pads to avoid this issue. And this is true even with the Wilwood kit. Good luck finding a used setup.
