Watch out on these highways. They are putting Ford Lightenings on them rolling around in 3rd gear to challenge you with a police charger waiting a mile up.

They are trying to get you to speed and targeting Marauders!

Took me 8 hours to get home. But I only live 4 hours away. So what happened was I went 2+hours in the wrong direction:confused: But I totally enjoyed getting together with you fellow Marauder addicts. It was nice to put a face to the screen names. That was my first time to Louisville and it was "spur of the moment" decision. Drove down Saturday morning hung out all day left at 10:00 pm and it only took me 8 hours to make a 4 hour drive home:shake: And "Whitey" wheres my PM

I'll Be Back!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to the organizers

Pulled in 30 mins ago. Probably would've made it home around 5, but I sent the ex an email Thursday morning to ask if she would be willing to meet up and let me have dinner with the kids on my way back here today and she agreed, so I met up with them at 5:30 for an hour. So, I got to hang out with my Marauder peeps AND spend time with my kids...WINNING!

Fantastic job once again, Mike; can't give you enough props (or smack talk :D) on putting this shindig together. You da man! Was great meeting the 'newbies' as well as seeing my friends...I has a sad now. :alone:

Is it September yet?

Home 1.5 hour ago. Unpacked & just finally sat down to post.

Smooth sailing all the way. No traffic, avg 77mph.

Thanks Mike, great job again.

Thanks all for a good time.

I told some of you about the accident that delayed me on the way down. It happened at 6:30am and I ran in to the traffic back-up at 2pm and they were still working the site:

Just made it home safe and sound, traveled with several of the other CAM members (Gordon and Chris, Derek, Dean and of course Ryan and Michelle) 556 miles. BONUS: turned over 80,000 as I pulled into the driveway! It was a fantastic weekend once again, Mike --- thanks for putting it all together.

Wow! Even though we didn't have a mandatory U-turn this year, I think you've filled the quota for the next 5 years. :D

It was great meeting you and enjoyed chatting with you at Cattleman's. Hope to see you in September!

Man I don't think our convoy home saw a single LEO. Our median speed was about 82 with several stretches of triple digit numbers. It was great having everyone move off to the side as we roared past.

At one point in WVA, a car came up from the on-ramp and skirted all the way to the left lane in front of Haggis and Ladyhawke! Gordon whipped around her and boxed her while we all roared around and Dean cut her access off. They looked really scared and backed off. It was quite entertaining

Finally!! Got home at 11pm. Our SDF>PHL>PVD flight turned into SDF>CLT>PVD because the first plane had to be replaced due to maintenance issues and we would have missed the flight in Philly. US Airways rescheduled us to sit in Charlotte for four hours after delaying our initial departure by four hours! Luckily we caught an earlier flight from Charlotte by the skin of our teeth. Not one of the better travel days. I don't think this air game is unique to US Airways either. And I hate connecting flights!

Thank you, Mike, for a memorable weekend!!!

2:30am and we are home. Made a stop in Dayton, OH on the way back. Took a snooze in a rest stop and cannot post average speed. After I took off the hubcaps, no one wanted to pass me.

Sorry about Zack.

We got home about 10 last night, after a side trip to Lexington, KY, to let the Ohio State Patrol get their quota, we saw very few LEO.

We were on I-71 three Sundays ago, and counted close to 20 troopers in our 70 mile trip. Time to put the cruise control on, and watch!

Like everyone said, Had a great time, just like my previous seven Louisvilles! Mike, You nailed the tribute to Rex. The lighter itinerary was more relaxing! Noticed a few of the regulars missing, their loss :violin: (BDJ excepted, we missed ya Big Guy!) But, we had plenty of newbies show up to join in the festivities. Hope ya'll felt welcome and enjoyed yourselves. Hope to meet you again sometime soon!

I look in the mirror and he's keeping up......in the ditch! Some dipshat in a Chevy conversion van decided to take his lane at an onramp merge. People are idiots. All came out well......including three middle fingers i'm guessing
