My shop has a good front bumper and all the trim he needs,He say's he's having a problem locating the impact parts that fit inside the marauder specific bumper? Doe's anyone know what it.s called and where we can get it?

I believe it is called the impact strip? and I thought CV , GM ones were the same underneath the cover for that specific area, but I am not positive
**Update** nope, the impact strip is the bumper molding used on the CV and GM

It's two pieces a left and a right called bumper energy absorber. it's plastic

When I rebuilt my car, I had the metal crash bar from a CV.
I had to hack about 5" off of each side to get it to fit.

So Zack are you saying you also cut the bumper isolators tha kinda look like plastic cans?

Yes, you have to cut down the CV GM ones, the MM specific ones are no longer made....

I only see 1 one the 3W3Z17757AA BUMPER ASY - FRONT out there. But looks like its at a Ford stealership in Puerto Rico.

Thanks everyone.My shop is ordering a Crown Vic assemby and going to cut it down to fit the Marauder bumper.
