My High beams only work when I pull the stalk back and my parking brake and ABS light keep coming on and off . Is this an LCM issue , as it seems a little bit different from the symptoms I've read about here ...

Parking brake and ABS lights have nothing to do with the LCM.

As to your high beams, do the low beams work normally, but the highs won't work in the normal position, only in the "flash-to-pass" position?

Need more info for the brake lights issue...does it happen only when braking? Accelerating, turning? Randomly?

The headlights on low beam work fine. The high beams only work when they are in the flash to pass mode . If I give the lcm a sharp rap with my hand the high beams will work normally for a short time .The abs and brake lights just keep going on and off at random times . Is this possibly the abs pump?

There is a program for the replacement of the LCM that just came out. See if your local Ford/Lincoln dealer can help you. BTW, your vehicle must have less than 250000 miles to qualify.

Yea, I just got my letter in the mail from ford. Its called customer satisfaction program 14N01. It replaces the LCM for free as long as your car isnt more than 15year old or no more than 250,000 miles on it. If u already replaced it u can get reimbursed
