Do you have power at the sockets?

Don't have a tester

Turn builbs around then insert in socket. Are any other lights not working?

All other lights come on tryed flipping them around and still nothing

You need a test light.

See if there is power to the socket(s) if not check fuse# 16 (15A) in the fuse panel.
