Air Suspension Lite & Stiff Steering

Intermittently upon start up the Air Suspension lite comes on, the A S Compressor does not and the Power Steering becomes very stiff.
If I cycle it on and off a few times the condition stops.
Any ideas?

The Rear Air Suspension and the Variable Assist Power Steering are controlled by the same module, behind the glovie. Check the connections.
