How about a 2v, then swap heads, timing parts, front cover and intake?

It will be 12.0:1 or more

Why would it be 12:1 compression? The shortblocks are all the same and our 32v didn't have a dished piston. are the 2V pistons domed?

What other options do I have? What engine is a direct swap without any trouble? Most likely I will be swapping it by myself, so I don't want anything that requires major modification. I can handle simple stuff like intake/accessories swap. But if it comes to programing or wiring, I have to outsource it. My car has 230k miles and just broke the timing chain. So I am kind of confused whether to choose rebuild or go with a low mile engine if I can find one. I heard Aviator & MM share the same long block. Is that true? I appreciate your help guys.

I actually called this guy first, but he didn't have the engine.

Had a brainfart. It would be 12:1 installing 2v heads on a 4V shortblock
My bad
