I could but I couldn't compete with stock tube pricing.

If there is enough interests I could do a run. But IMHO I would just get a stock replacement I might have one laying around, let me know if your in need of a replacement, I believe fastblackmerc has one too

I recently picked up a rust free COT from down south which I was planning to have powder coated, but stainless steel sounds much better :)
